It is time to apply for the WCSRA mini-grant. Whatcom County School Retirees\u2019 Association has 25 grants up to $400 depending on project needs. Requests must directly involve or affect the education of children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please be specific in your request and specify one item or project. Grants are available to members of WCSRA (TRS, PERS, SERS). (It is easy to join, for only $7 a month, and can be taken directly from payroll). Go <a href=\"https:\/\/wssra.org\/index.php\/membership\/membership\">here<\/a> for a membership application and information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mini-Grant Awardees will be invited to share photos,
